Step 1:

• Look through courses which is relevant to your query

• Pre-requisites of courses of interest

• The stages of application for the relevant institution

• Relevant visa information specific to Student Visa

Step 2:

Applying for an offer of a place from the selected institution, we:

• Collate documents and institution program guides

• Compile your applications and certify supporting documents.

• Submit your applications including all relevant documents on your behalf to the university or institution you have identified

Step 3:

Note

• A response from the school or university is usually within 2-6 weeks from the date of your application being submitted.

• If you’re offered a place in a course, you will receive an offer letter.

• The offer letter may contain conditions and or request for further information such as IELTS test results, more relevant documents such as academic transcript or other certified documents.

• In the event that there are no conditions on your offer letter, you may accept the offer immediately by making the stipulated deposit or fees directly to the university or institution.

• You will be issued with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) when you have paid the first semester fees to the university or institution.

• A CoE is required to be produced when you apply for your student visa.

Visa Application Assistance

• We are able to assist by guiding you through the Dept of Home Affairs website including provision of Document Check List (available from website also) .

• Alternatively, we can provide you with a list of Migration Agents whom we have affiliations with, should you wish to engage one to help with the relevant visas.
